Hi, I’m Gary Wilkins.

After about 20 years in pastoral ministry, God led me into the business world. I use this site to apply Faith Culture to work and life.

I’ve spent the last few years working for MLA Companies, a Christian-owned consulting firm, developing a process to develop organizations with biblical principles.

During that time, I received a Doctorate of Ministry (DMin) from Southern Seminary in 2019. My thesis was on a biblical definition of culture, which I also applied to the business context.

This helped me to develop a model of organizational change I call the Redemptive Framework. I developed this framework in conjunction with a process already in use at MLA, and together, they became the Business Redeemed Process.

I am currently developing training on the Redemptive Framework and Business Redeemed Process for our team.  

Faith Culture at Work

In addition to my work for MLA, I also want to help equip Christians in the marketplace directly and through their churches.

To do that, I created an encouragement campaign called Prep for Pride that sent devotionals during Pride month to those who had signed up.  I also developed and led a workshop on Christian Identity on the Job at a local church.

I am currently writing a book to help Pastors and Christians in the marketplace share a vision for what their combined efforts could accomplish for the kingdom.  I’m examining the phenomenon of scale through a biblical perspective I call Redeptive Scale.

I’ve also written on a variety of topics and passages of scripture.
